SCRAPPING WITH LARGE DESIGNS

Some patterned papers are lovely to look at but difficult to use because

their designs can overwhelm the page.

A good way around this problem is to cut the design out and only use part of it.

Cut  the large sections out using a pair of scissors.

With this design I left a small border of background paper, but with

other designs you might want to cut out right next to the design.

If there are any small trapped pieces of background paper,

you might want to cut them out with your craft knife.

The next step is to rearrange the cut out design on you page.
