SANDING EDGES OF PAPER

There are various types of sand paper available.

Emery boards and sanding blocks work well, but a piece of

sand paper can work just as well.

Place the edge of your cutting board right on the edge of the table.

Place your piece of printed paper that has a white core right on the

edge of the board.

Sand the edge with your emery board/paper or block to reveal a white edge.

By placing it on the board rather then holding it in your hand, you prevent

the paper from becoming buckled and bent and it also gives you a nice

smooth finish to the edge.
