HORIZONTAL HORIZONS

When taking photos with a definite horizon, especially water,

take note of the horizon before you click the shutter.

A crooked horizon can spoil your shot.

(Unless you are taking it crooked on purpose!)

It is strange to see a boat moving 'upstream'

This shot just looks more natural because the horizon is level.
