EASTER CARDS Card by Adrienne Lubbe
Use off-cuts of cardstock, a page from an old dictionary, a swirl stamp, paper flower and brads, and an Easter decorative brad.
Tear the dictionary paper into a rectangle using a ruler.
Stick dictionary paper to large green matting and stamp a black swirl onto the dictionary paper. Leave the relevant section of the dictionary paper clear so that you can read the definition.
Add the flower and the brads. Be sure to push the brads through the top layer only and not all the way through to the inside of the card, because this makes the inside unattractive.
Chalk the definition in pink to highlight it and mat the wide green section with a thin piece of pink matting.
Outline the pink with black pen to create the illusion of a thin black matting and write in freehand the word 'greeting'.
