CHRISTMAS GIFT TOPPERS

Gather a selection of Christmas patterned papers and
three sizes of round punches.
Punch a whole lot of circles in the three sizes and ink all the
edges.
Take a large circle, place it on top of a foam pad and place two
ribbons on the top of the large circle.
Next layer a medium, then small circle and lastly a smaller red
flower.
Prick a hole through all of the layers.
Attach a brad through the hole or sew a button through the layers of
the circles.
Attach the gift topper to the gift bag/gift with double sided tape,
a glue dot or you can
even prick a hole in the bag and attach it with the brad.
Make a little tag from an off-cut of patterned paper, attach an
eyelet and string.
Write your message and hook it over the gift topper.
